Hello! My name is Victoria Gorchakova. I've been dancing tribal bellydance for more than 12 years and teaching dance for more than 10 years. I learnt dancing from teachers from USA, Europe and Russia. I'm certified dancer of SSBD (Suhaila Salimpour format) level 2 and JSBD (Jamila Salimpour format) level 2.
In addition I'm Progressing ballet technique certified teacher. And I was graduated as Group Training Instructor as well.
In my classes, I adjust to the rhythm and pace of my students. If you have never played sports or dance before and find it difficult or scary to start. Or vice versa, from the daily routine, you no longer have the strength for yourself. In any case, I will take each next step with you so that you enjoy the process and you always want to return to classes.
Each person is a set of emerging movement patterns that implement a way of thinking, understanding perception and adapting the body. I do not leave people alone with what they did not succeed or they did not understand. With each of my clients or students, I look for the way of work and transferring information that will be effective in achieving the goals.
In my job I use modern training methods with proven effectiveness. I constantly develop my education and improve my skills.
The human body is a mechanism with a complex system of interaction between body systems. In order to achieve our goals, it is important that all systems of our body work together for the same aims.
